Is your order not what you expected? We offer you the guarantee to return your order within 14 days after purchase and get your money back.

  1. Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
  2. Product(s) must be returned in original packaging and unopened.
  3. All returns must include a packing slip of the order clearly indicating which Product(s) are being returned. Failure to complete this correctly may result in issues processing your return.
  4. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. Please retain your shipping receipt and/or return tracking number when shipping your returns.
  5. Returns will be processed within 14 business days after your Product(s) have been delivered to us.
  6. Damaged, defective or incorrect Product(s) must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
